A: We are not your typical furniture store. We don’t have a showroom or a warehouse of items waiting to be sold. Each heirloom quality piece is made specifically for you in our personalized process–even our collection pieces.

Collection pieces can be ordered simply by contacting us! You can reach us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (808) 597-9193. And, keep in mind, every piece we make is handcrafted for you; expect a full 8-10 weeks for product unveiling once your order has been placed.
Q: What is the difference between a custom piece and a collection piece?
A: While both are handcrafted specifically for you (upon receipt of your order, of course!), our custom orders fill a custom need. For example, we can create a table, bed or custom shelving to meet your exact specifications and measurements. Our collection pieces are our signature designs; tried and true, their standard sizing makes them perfect for any home. If you’d like any small changes to our collection pieces, you can always personalize any order...we create custom pieces, not cookie cutter item numbers.
Q: How long does a custom piece take to be completed?
A: Once you commission a custom order, we don’t waste any time getting started. However, all good things take time. Details matter to us, so expect a minimum of 8-10 weeks before your piece is completed. When it’s finished and ready for its unveiling, we promise to let you know immediately.
Q: How long does a collection piece take to be completed?
A: All of our pieces–both custom designs and collection pieces–are commenced only after you commission the piece. Allow a full 8-10 weeks for product unveiling. We promise it will be worht the wait!
Q: Do you work with commercial clients?
A: Yes. You’ll see just some of our commercial creations at Starbucks on the University of Hawaii Manoa campus, Peace Cafe on King Street, Chapel Hats in Waikiki and at many more installations all over town. We love working with architects, interior designers, home staging companies, and any other professionals who truly value the look and feel of high quality, custom furniture and fixtures.
Q: Do you work with military clients?
A: Many military clients commemorate their time spent on-island by commissioning a custom piece of furniture made from Monkeypod wood to, quite literally, take a piece of our islands home with them when they depart. And because we appreciate your service you will receive a 5% discount on all our pieces.
